OnRobot says its new grippers can handle heavier payloads for collaborative robot applications such as palletizing and machine tending.

OnRobot closed a DKK 45.5 million, over $5.9 million, investment round, that the company plans to put towards product development.

Available as a complete out-of-the-box system or as individual components, the OnRobot Palletizer is compatible with cobots and light industrial robots from Doosan, FANUC, OMRON, Techman and Universal Robots.
