Accounting and Finance
Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) is an incorporated not-for-profit organization that was established in 2002 by the Accounting Association of Australia and New Zealand (AAANZ) and the Australian Association of University Teachers in Accounting (AAUTA). This organization represents the academic interests of people interested in accounting or finance, and helps develop new research to improve in this field in the Australian and New Zealand region.
AFAANZ hosts an annual conference in early July in various locations throughout the region. In 2018 the conference will be held in Auckland, New Zealand.
Individual or institutional memberships are available. Individual memberships can help people earn benefits and scholarships. Institutional memberships help reinforce connections between AFAANZ and universities.
Any AFAANZ member can have access to the AFAANZ newsletter, which is published quarterly, in March, June, September and December.
