Description
The Ralph Holback Beacon of Light Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors. You must have a 2.7 GPA or higher, be involved with the Church and community, submit a 1,000 word essay on the efforts you have made to change your community and your desire to change the future. In order to be considered for this award, you must be planning to attend an HBCU.
