You could win an easy $2,000 scholarship by sharing a mental health and road safety checklist to help a friend practice self-care and stay safe on the road. Motor vehicle crashes continue to be one of the leading causes of death among young people and according to multiple studies, adolescents experiencing psychological distress report higher levels of risky driving. Take 2 minutes to print our checklist of 4 calming self-care practices (or make your own!) Then share a photo (if sharing in-person) or screenshot (if sharing digitally) of you sharing the checklist with a friend and encourage them to keep it in their vehicle or wallet and use the 4 steps to calm their mental and emotional state before getting on the road. Remember to include a text keyword for them to access our mental health and road safety guide. You'll protect your friends *and* enter for a chance to win a $2,000 scholarship. Win-win!
