From high school juniors to college grad students, many universities across the country offer financial aid opportunities for Black students. Dr. Arnita Young Boswell Scholarship

The Dr. Arnita Young Boswell Scholarship is available to African - American high school seniors. You must be involved in school and community activities and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award. A 275 - to 300 - word essay is also required. Deadline: 3/1/23 Award Amount: $1,000

Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club Orlando Scholarship

USDA/1890 National Scholars Program

The USDA/1890 National Scholars Program is open to students studying agriculture, food, natural resource sciences, or other related academic disciplines at the nineteen 1890 Historically Black Land-Grant Institutions. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least a 21 ACT / 1080 SAT score to be eligible for this award. Deadline: 3/15/23 Award Amount: Full-Tuition

Blacks at Microsoft Scholarship

The Blacks at Microsoft Scholarship is available to high school seniors of African descent who are planning to attend a four - year college / university. You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or a select business program; have a minimum GPA of 3.0; and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Sachs Foundation Scholarship

The Sachs Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship is available to African - American high school seniors residing in Colorado. You must be planning to enroll full - time in an undergraduate degree program in the fall to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on academic merit, two letters of recommendation, personal statement, and any additional educational, artistic, or professional files that are meaningful to you. The Achievers in Technology Program is open to high school seniors and college freshmen of African descent. You must be pursuing a career in tech and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Deadline: 3/29/23 Award Amount: $500

Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest

The Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college undergraduate students who reside or attend school in states with Regions Bank full service branches. To be considered, submit a 500 - word essay on a Black American individual who has inspired change in your life. That person could be a historical figure, someone famous, a role model, or someone you know. Deadline: 3/31/23 Award Amount: $1,750 - $2,500

UNCF General Scholarship

The Building Opportunities for Sistas to Shine (B.O.S.S.) Scholarship is available to cis and transgender female high school seniors. NANBPWC National Scholarship

The NANBPWC National Scholarship is available to African - American high school seniors. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also submit a minimum 300 - word essay on the following topic: "Explain the benefits you have gained through the contributions of two trailblazers of African descent within the past 20 years, and how it has benefited you as a person." CBC Spouses Education Scholarship

The CBC Spouses Education Scholarship is available to full - time, African - American / Black high school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. LEAD Scholarship

Charles Shelton Foundation Veterinary Scholarship

The Charles Shelton Foundation Veterinary Scholarship is available to Black / African - American high school seniors and current and returning college students. You must be planning to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be a legal U.S. resident to be eligible for this award. An essay is also required. KnowBe4 Scholarship for Black Americans in Cybersecurity

The KnowBe4 Scholarship for Black Americans in Cybersecurity is available to students pursuing, or planning to pursue, a degree with a focus on cybersecurity or information assurance. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 to be eligible for this award. Deadline: 4/17/23 Award Amount: $13,000

Brittany K. Booker Foundation Scholarship

NBA HBCU Fellowship Program

The NBA HBCU Fellowship Program is open to full - time undergraduate and graduate students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities. To be considered, you must submit a 250 - to 500 - word essay on why you are interested in the NBA and describe your future career aspirations. During this 10 - week summer program, students will intern with NBA teams or the league office within a variety of departments, including ticket sales, corporate partnerships, legal, social responsibility, and marketing. CBCF Congressional Summer Internship Program

The CBCF Congressional Summer Internship Program is available to African - American undergraduate students. During this nine - week program, interns will gain practical and meaningful work experience on Capitol Hill and obtain firsthand experience working in offices to assist in the process of effectively running a Congressional office and supporting the policymaking process. Pathways to the C-Suite Internship Program

The Pathways to the C-Suite Internship Program is available to rising college seniors and recent graduates. Interns will be partnered with some of the nation's top executives in the private sector to experience how public policy is influenced and developed at every level. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Emma Bowen Foundation Fellowship

The Emma Bowen Foundation Internship is available to high school seniors and undergraduate students of color. You must be pursuing a career in media or tech and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible to apply. Fellows have access to paid summer internships at some of the nation's leading media and tech companies, on-the-job training from top professionals and industry executives, annual summer conference, EBF Launch Career Activation Program, and need-based academic scholarships. Deadline: 5/1/23

INROADS Internship Program

The INROADS Internship Program matches underrepresented minority students with internship opportunities with more than 60 major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. Students who have career interests in Business, Engineering, Computers and Information Sciences, Retail Store Management, Sales, Health, or Marketing are encouraged to apply. You must be either a graduating high school senior who has been admitted to an accredited college or university or a college freshman or sophomore to be eligible for these internships. High school students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, college students must have a minimum 2.8 GPA. All applicants must be permanent residents of the United States. Deadline: Varies
